The Summer Pride brochure and fee schedule are found below. Please look it over and complete the following.
1. Print the brochure
2. Choose the participation level of your choice.
3. Check with Melissa Dalrymple (mdalrymp@hotmail.com) regarding KS money and identify the available KS funds on the form that is to be mailed with payment.
4. Select type of payment and amount due.
5. Send a check to Booster Club Address below or complete online payment via button below – online payments will incur a convenience fee.
