Time: 12:30 to 4:00 pm Daily
Camp Cost: $40 per athlete
The Fossil Ridge Sabercats Football Skills Camp will give all ages a head start on their football season. They will receive expert coaching on the fundamentals of offensive and defensive football, with a focus on individual positions as well as team concepts. We will have guest speakers and some special guest coaches!
Camp Objectives
- Development of work ethic with a positive attitude
- Practice on stance, starts and form running
- Improve technique on a variety of Lineman skills
- Development of techniques used in the passing game
- Develop an understanding of man and zone defenses
- Practicing defensive pursuit
- Competing in 7 on 7 drills
- Punt, pass & kick competition
